Supply Chain Assistant

Support the supply chain by coordinating purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and documentation control. Maintain updated inventory cards and assist with annual physical inventory counts. Purchase and maintain inventory of all components, providing ETAs and lead times for orders. Track international ocean and air freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and update engineering releases, software version control, and compliance documentation (RoHS, CMRT). Process packing lists, invoices, and RMA receiving. Provide cross-department communication and support (Engineering, Finance, Operations, Contract Manufacturers). What We're Looking For:
Experience : Minimum 2 years in inventory management or purchasing. Strong attention to detail, organizational and documentation skills. ERP systems knowledge (Odoo or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Clear communication skills and ability to work with vendors, engineers, and logistics partners. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation:
