We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented team player to join our Wholesale team as our
Wholesale Planner , reporting directly to our Director of Internal Operations, Wholesale. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and 3–5+ years of wholesale, inventory planning, or related Account Services experience. This is an opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing wholesale channel and shape replenishment and inventory strategies across key retail partners. This role will be based at the Bombas HQ in New York City based on specific needs and job requirements. What you’ll be responsible for
Seasonal Market Responsibilities Bulk Creation: Generate bulk Sales Orders in NS based on account demand forecasts. Ensure accuracy of orders by auditing EDI Sales Orders against bulk projections. Flag discrepancies in order quantities, SKUs, or delivery timelines and resolve them with account teams or retailers. Maintain documentation and audit trail of changes between EDI orders and bulk creation. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, planning, merchandising) to ensure alignment with market demand. Support product allocation and replenishment strategies by account, or store type. Use Toolio for merchandise planning, assortment planning, and forecasting. Create or maintain line plans, forecast scenarios, and product lifecycle management in Toolio. Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure data integrity in Toolio for decision-making. Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly replenishment forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotional calendars. Work closely with production and operations to ensure forecast accuracy and timely reorders. Adjust forecasts in real-time based on performance or business updates. Analyze trends and sales data to inform inventory and replenishment decisions. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations (3PL and retail). Coordinate stock transfers to optimize inventory availability while minimizing excess. Work with logistics and operations to address fulfillment issues or backorders. Communicate with accounts to manage weekly AR; partner with the operations or sales ops team to manage and resolve AR issues. Communicate with accounts to reconcile forecast updates and discrepancies. What we’ll love about you

3–5+ years of wholesale, inventory planning, or related Account Service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP (NetSuite or similar); a plus Bombas is committed to delivering competitive and equitable pay for our employees. The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $80,000/year. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
