We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team!
The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. Audi/VW Certification is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing necessary repairs.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7am-6pm, 4-10 schedule (every 3rd weekend off)
Close to the beach
Competitive pay ($40,000-$110,000 based on experience)

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs.
Perform video Multi-Point Inspections provided directly to customers.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification or Audi/VW Certification preferred.
B level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
