As an

Associate Electrical Engineer - Data Centers (Mission Critical) , you will have the opportunity to: Develop electrical design for Data Center projects. Create a variety of engineering deliverables including one-line diagrams, schematics, power and lighting plans, installation details, and technical specifications. Act as an Owner’s Representative and support design reviews, creation and review of MOP/EOPs, and site operations support. Prepare technical documents such as reports and design calculations. Perform site condition assessments. Coordinate with regional and global design teams. Continuously develop technical expertise and stay current with standards. Conduct project studies such as Power System Coordination, Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, and Electrical Reliability Analysis. Support construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues. Occasional travel for site visits (up to 10%). This role supports North American projects, with relocation or presence at Overland Park, KS; Canonsburg, PA; or Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities

Learn and remain current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes, and B&V policies; apply to tasks as appropriate. Develop knowledge and independently apply it; support quality and continuous improvement; collaborate with team members on projects. Prepare a variety of increasingly complex engineering deliverables; research and recommend equipment/materials; manage data for engineering work; perform calculations; adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements; mentor entry-level professionals as skills develop. Assign tasks to entry-level staff and interns; coordinate with project leadership and other team members; interface with other disciplines as needed. Understand client needs and project drivers; support business development or pursuit activities as appropriate. Share current knowledge of technology and processes. Preferred Qualifications

3 years of experience in Data Center infrastructure facility design. Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification; pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) license. Strong interpersonal skills with potential to lead Data Center projects. Revit and AutoCAD experience. National Electrical Code experience related to building design. ETAP or SKM experience. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year related work experience. Work Environment
