Days/Hours Required: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a community in Northern California. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth in property management. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees employee activities and coordinates with outside contractors for maintaining and repairing building structures and grounds. Directs employees and contractors in renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance. Obtains bids from outside vendors and analyzes them for management. Orders supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors. Coordinates and inspects work performed by vendors for quality and compliance. Inspects facilities and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements. Estimates work hours based on production schedules. Adjusts work procedures to meet schedules. Suggests operational improvements for efficiency. Assists in planning and managing the maintenance budget. Participates in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed. Qualifications
Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor. Yardi experience preferred. Proficiency in all trades. Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills. Previous supervisory experience required. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Willing to work weekends and overtime as required. Salary range: $36.00 - $42.00/hourly.
