Sr Engineer

Job Summary • Work with cross-functional teams on business value-driven projects • Lead application development and integration solutions • Perform technical analysis, design, documentation, software development, and mentoring • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures Key Responsibilities • Lead the team in following effective processes and continuous development • Perform code reviews ensuring quality, efficiency, and security • Participate in project management activities including sizing, design, development, testing, and implementation • Guide team members on best practices, platforms, and tools in software development • Operate in Agile, Waterfall, or other development environments • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of software defects • Develop, test, install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Collaborate with the IT Architecture team on solution design • Solve technological challenges using technical expertise • Ensure secure and reliable system implementations and upgrades • Adhere to SDLC, project governance, and regulatory policies (SOX, CRA) • Create and maintain system documentation • Mentor and cross-train IT Engineers • Collaborate with IT peers and business partners • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Align work priorities with business needs • Maintain consistent and regular attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology • Minimum 4 years across all phases of the software development life cycle • Minimum 4 years with Java/Microsoft technologies: SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web API • Minimum 3 years of Object-Oriented Design and standard design patterns • Minimum 2 years in systems analysis techniques including:

Data modeling Process modeling Data flow diagramming UML BPR CPI • Experience in test-driven development • Proficient in data manipulation using stored procedures, queries, and triggers • Experienced in data normalization, referential integrity, and indexing • Experience with version control tools (GIT, SVN, VSS, TFS) • Experience with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Jenkins • Knowledge of Secure Coding practices • Ability to interpret and implement project specifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiar with ITIL processes (Continuous Improvement, Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Service Request Management) • Able to work independently and in a team setting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications • Experience with GCP and Azure (not AWS) • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Backlogs, and CI/CD Certifications • Relevant industry certifications are a plus Primary Skills • .NET (latest version) • Python • .NET Blazer • React JS • Microsoft SQL • GCP BigQuery • API and Website Development • GCP and Azure platforms • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
