We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities in the Industrial Automation domain. The role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and leading sales teams in delivering automation solutions across diverse industries (Pharma, Chemicals, F&B , Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.).
You will:
Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and revenue targets for industrial automation solutions.
Drive sales of PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, IIoT, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Engineering teams, and OEM partners.
Manage key accounts and channel partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Work closely with technical pre-sales, engineering, and project delivery teams to create winning proposals.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract discussions with customers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategy.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team member
Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values , prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.
You have:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics) or MBA in Marketing.
10+ years of proven sales experience in Industrial Automation.
Strong knowledge of automation products and solutions (PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, IIoT, Digital Factory, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing.).
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Established network in manufacturing and process industries.
A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
You may have:
Exposure to Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 / Digital Transformation initiatives.
Experience in leading regional/national sales teams.
Familiarity with global automation vendors (Rockwell, Siemens, Emerson, ABB, Schneider, etc.).
