We are looking for a skilled and accountable Assembly Engineer to join our production team, specializing in the mechanical and/or electrical assembly of CNC machines for the profile and sheet metal working industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assembly work in a safe, organized, and efficient environment, ensuring every machine meets the highest standards of performance, precision, and reliability. Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly of CNC machines and control systems according to engineering drawings and specifications Ensure all assembly work meets strict quality, safety, and operational standards Take ownership of your work, delivering within defined timelines while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements Maintain a clean, well-organized work area and adhere to all health and safety regulations Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes and product quality Qualifications
Technical education or background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering Proven hands-on experience assembling complex machinery, ideally CNC or industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and documentation Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, responsible work ethic Commitment to precision, safety, and delivering on customer expectations
