We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager with expertise in sales forecasting, revenue reporting, developing sales analysis and insights, and partnering with sales leaders, deal desk, and operations to drive pull-through of deals from quote to cash. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to manage data quality, enrichment, commissions, and lead projects for Avive’s core commercial growth objectives. You will own the Revenue Operations function at the company and have the opportunity to grow the function over time as the company scales. In this role you will report to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and partner with Avive’s leaders to build toward operational excellence. What You E2 ll Do

Build and manage sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for ongoing business cadences and present to audiences including Avive’s C-Suite Daily partnership with sales leaders to be their source of truth by producing reports, helping analyze sales data, ensuring data is clean and accurate in Salesforce, pipeline management, and more Serve as the “right hand business partner” to all Sales leaders on an hour-by-hour and day-by-day basis, prioritizing needs of the team in real time Be willing to engage in the details of Pipeline and Forecasts to ensure forecasting accuracy and efficiency Report on key sales and business metrics to measure health of the sales team and make actionable recommendations to accelerate revenue Drive Pipeline Review and S&OP processes as the single source of truth for Revenue execution month over month Understand sales teams’ pain points with systems (notably Salesforce) and develop sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and revenue acceleration Identify and implement process improvements to optimize end-to-end revenue cycle including sales activity KPIs, sales velocity, revenue risks, sales funnel management, gap to target, and order-to-fulfillment Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support predictive revenue forecasting and monthly shipment and demand planning Release and schedule shipment backlog for assigned sales territories Manage multi-shipments and special customer orders to ensure dates, amounts, ownership, taxes, shipping, and bookings are recorded correctly Resolve issues preventing successful fulfillment of orders escalated by the Operations team Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Accounts Receivable to manage customer portals for vendor setup and PO processing Desired Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience driving the Revenue Operations function Experience supporting a growing sales team going through rapid growth Experience managing multiple projects and change across teams in a fast-paced environment Expertise in Salesforce and experience with other systems such as Outreach, Zendesk, Orum, commissions software, NetSuite, etc. Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau and Excel Salesforce administration certification is required Strong business acumen with proven success making recommendations and influencing strategic decisions Equal Employment Opportunity
