We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Developer to join our ranks and propel us to the next stages of growth. You'll be responsible for accelerating our sales efforts, taking ownership of leads and opportunities, and driving adoption through strategic partnerships. Location
NY or remote (CT - ET) Mission & Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include: Sourcing and Closing Deals You will identify and cultivate high-value leads, manage our existing pipeline, and close deals to bring new partners and users to Morpho
Forming Strategic Partnerships You will develop and execute strategies to form partnerships with key players across the DeFi ecosystem, including passive lenders (such as DAO Treasuries and crypto hedge funds), borrowers, and new asset issuers
Leading Growth Initiatives You will design and implement growth initiatives through targeted outreach, effective communication, and compelling presentations
Championing the Morpho Community You will be at the forefront of the Morpho Ecosystem by representing us at industry events, conferences, and within crypto community leading to acquiring new users and building new relationships with new partners
Becoming a DeFi Lending Expert You will dive deep into the technical workings of our protocol and gain a comprehensive understanding of the DeFi and crypto market dynamics

Crypto Native You possess a deep understanding of the DeFi and crypto market with a proven track record of closing deals and building partnerships
Analytical Mind You have strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of our protocol
Communication Master You excel at written and verbal communication, have fluency in English, and can effectively convey Morpho’s value proposition to diverse audiences
Self-Starter You thrive in an autonomous environment, taking ownership of your work and driving results independently
