We are seeking to hire 2 certified Chrysler technicians for flat-rate positions based on experience. Technicians working on transmission and diesel systems with Chrysler certification will start at
$40.00 per flat rate hour . The dealership will assist with relocation. Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs. Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred. ASE Certification is a plus. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies. Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to improve. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
