is seeking an

Antioch Dog and Cat Hospital is a full-service general practice offering the best in medical and surgical care. Our hospital is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. We also utilize the services of a traveling radiology technician to perform abdominal ultrasounds and echocardiograms once a week. Our surgery suite was recently upgraded and includes a heated v-tray hydraulic table, 2 surgical lights, kennels for surgical patients, and a separate wet table for dentistry. We have a large dentistry caseload, so candidates interested in dentistry would have their own surgery/dentistry day(s). All patients undergoing anesthesia require pre-op lab work, IV catheter, and IV fluids. For orthopedic and advanced soft tissue surgeries, we use a mobile surgeon or refer to nearby specialty centers. Our team includes a phenomenal, well-educated, and experienced support staff with a 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio and low turnover, some employees with tenure over 20 years. We maintain a positive, family-oriented, nurturing practice culture. The associate would be a mentor in dentistry, preventative medicine, and client education, and we have a loyal client base and strong community reputation. Schedule

The schedule is flexible, with rotating Saturdays. We value work/life balance and will accommodate your preferred schedule. There are no on-call responsibilities since we have several referral/emergency locations nearby. Learn more at
