opportunities for professional growth . About the Role We are seeking a full-time Primary Care NP or PA to join our outpatient family medicine team. This position is an ideal opportunity for new graduates or early-career providers who want to build a solid foundation in primary care while being supported by collaborative clinicians and strong administrative resources.

You’ll provide full-spectrum outpatient care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care to

patients across the lifespan

Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, and order diagnostics

Develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions

Educate patients on

preventive care, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence

Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to coordinate care

Document patient interactions accurately in the

EHR

Remain current with clinical best practices and continuing education requirements

Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary:

$100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

Active and

unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license

Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program

(Puerto Rico programs not accepted)

Current DEA license

with no restrictions

Credentialing eligibility with

managed care and commercial insurance plans
