The Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking compassionate REI physicians to join our well-established and expanding practice in Southern California. SCPMG is a physician-led, partnership-track medical group that has been delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for over 70 years. Our integrated model empowers physicians to lead clinical decision-making, collaborate across specialties, and focus on delivering exceptional care to more than 4.8 million members across one of the most diverse regions in the country. About the Opportunity
Our REI program offers a full spectrum practice of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET) including Fertility Preservation services (oncology, transgender) and Elective oocyte cryopreservation/surrogacy services. You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supported by a fully integrated electronic health record (EPIC), AI-enhanced documentation tools, and seamless access to primary and specialty care, genetics, behavioral health, and more. Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Eligible to obtain a California Medical License or already be licensed in the State of California Why Choose SCPMG?

Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location.
