Location: 1445 Research Blvd., Ste. 100, Rockville, MD Schedule:

M-F 9 -5, two evening shifts (11 -7) per week required.

Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite Compensation: Associate/Provisional License:

$70,000 – $80,000 a year (DOE) Fully Licensed Clinicians:

Outpatient, IOP, and PHP program

in Chevy Chase is seeking passionate, skilled therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families. We are committed to reducing teen anxiety, depression, and suicide rates—and we need your clinical expertise, empathy, and creativity to help us achieve that mission. Responsibilities

Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Develop and adjust individualised treatment plans centered on client needs. Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication. Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations. Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care. Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT

(Associate/Provisional) LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT

(Fully Licensed) Preferred Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting. Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities. Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families. Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills. Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments. Willingness to obtain a

and
