Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of exceptional Advanced Practice Providers. This is a full-time position in a high-volume outpatient clinic focusing on providing high quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to work collaboratively with a team of experienced ENT specialists in otology, hearing, and balance. This position is primarily clinic-based with no weekends or holidays. A comprehensive onboarding process will build skill sets and familiarize the candidate with ENT subspecialties within head and neck cancer, otology, pediatrics, laryngology, and rhinology. After onboarding, the role focuses on providing ENT care in an outpatient setting with our established team of otology ENT providers. There are opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary clinics with audiology and the balance center. Unique opportunities include professional growth, the ability to perform common ENT procedures such as nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, and other otology procedures (e.g., ear cleanings using microscopy). Weekly educational conferences with CME credits and the chance to expand individual procedure skills are also available.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, obtain history and perform physical exams. Diagnose and manage ENT conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging, labs, and audiograms. Perform in-office ENT procedures. Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications. Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatment plans. Coordinate care with other medical specialties.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree (Physician Assistant) or equivalent required. Licensure/Certification: Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
