Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled A Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Reineke Ford of Lima. This position requires top-tier diagnostic and repair skills and the ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate can jump right in and start producing. Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Saturdays only as needed. Pay:
$28-$38 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Work Requirements: Work Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as needed)
Ability to Commute:
Lima, OH 45804 (Required)
Work Location:
In person
Responsibilities: Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrains
Conduct inspections and perform advanced-level maintenance and repairs
Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes and determine solutions
Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair status and timelines
Perform warranty work per manufacturer guidelines
Maintain an organized and safe workspace
Mentor and assist less experienced technicians
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience
ASE certifications strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Must provide own tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proven ability to perform high-level diagnostics and repairs
