We are seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams in requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, testing, maintainability, and analysis across DIE, NGA, NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT. Duties include: Assist the Government in requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, testing, and analysis across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies. Support planning, analysis/traceability of user requirements, architectures, procedures, and problems; review cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations. Advise on proposed changes to solutions designs based on requirements and new technology analysis. Translate mission and customer requirements into systems/capability requirements and solutions. Support analysis and allocation of requirements to system architecture components and programs. Assist in systems integration activities. Lead analyses such as AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments. Contribute to strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design. Provide expert advice on vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements, and process/capability development. Lead integration efforts across NGA programs, DIE, and IC. Demonstrate knowledge of current DIE, NSG/ASG, and NRO enterprises. Oversee and coordinate work of senior, mid, and junior contractor Systems Engineers. Qualifications

Skills and Experience: Required: Master's degree in Systems Engineering or Bachelor's + 18+ years of related experience. 18+ years of technical experience; experience as a Systems Engineer may substitute for degree. Experience in government or industry with DoD/IC processes, requirements, system engineering of large systems or cloud environments. Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle. TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph. Desired: Doctorate in related fields or STEM degrees. Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, tools, and languages. Certifications such as Software Development Framework, INCOSE ESEP, or licensure as a professional engineer. Membership in professional organizations (e.g., USGIF, SAREM). Experience in geospatial intelligence, cloud solutions, Big Data, and AI technologies. Peraton Overview
