Sliding scale fees are available. General dentistry patients are seen regardless of ability to pay. WA Apple Health (Medicaid), most Medicare Advantage plans, and private insurance are accepted. Operates nearly 30 sites in Seattle, Vashon Island, and Olympia that provide general medical care, dental care, integrated behavioral health, social services, insurance enrollment assistance, and midwifery care. Not all services are offered at all locations. Three sites coordinate a drop-in homeless youth clinic. Another site serves only homeless adults, and they have school-based health centers in 15 Seattle and Vashon schools. Apple Health/Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans are accepted. Insurance is not required. Discounts are available, and no one is turned away if unable to pay.
