Apply today and join our expanding team! How you'll make an impact: Uphold the core values and mission of MVP. Diagnose, perform surgery, and treat patients. Maintain excellent client communication. Accurately record medical, client, and case information. Review records, estimates, discharge instructions with clients. Follow up with clients regarding results. Set standards of care and protocols. Support practice growth and review financial reports. Communicate clearly and professionally. Collaborate with the practice manager. Handle clients with sensitivity and professionalism. Mentor team members for career development. Provide feedback on training programs. Guide support staff to ensure smooth shift flow. Contribute to performance evaluations. Ideal Qualifications: Ability to lead and set a vision for the team. Proficiency in basic surgeries and use of medical equipment. Skills in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing. Patience and composure in stressful situations. Ability to handle medical crises calmly and efficiently. Experience with SQ, IM, and IV injections. Knowledge of medications, side effects, and client communication. Understanding of anesthesia and patient recovery. Reasoning, memory, math, and language skills in English. Proficiency with practice management software.
