Overview We have a great opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Health Clinic in Bloomington, IN!

Position Details

Full time, Day Shift

4 10-hour shifts per week

No call, holidays, or weekends

100% outpatient

Practice includes 1 physician and 3 advanced practice providers

Primary location is Bloomington, with minimal time spent in Bedford Clinic to cover provider PTO

Key Responsibilities

Deliver care to injured workers and perform medical exams on employees who are required to have the exam per their employer

Perform assessments of musculoskeletal injuries

Perform suturing of minor lacerations, DOT exams which require federal certification, OSHA mandated tests such as hearing tests and spirometry

Maintain direct communication with employers regarding injury care of their employees as well as employer mandated exams

Qualifications

ACNP, FNP or PA-C required

DOT certification required (must obtain at least 30 days before start date)

Experience in Orthopedics preferred

Provider must have MSK assessment experience

Must be willing to gain knowledge of occupational health practice
