**Key Responsibilities andQualifications:** - Lead engineering projects as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer with guidance from our Chief Structural Engineer. - Implement modern technology and software solutions in project execution. - Mentor junior structural staff to build a strong team. - Over 2 years of experience, with a focus on bridge design and transportation structures. - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural focus; Master’s degree is a plus. - Proficiency with MS Office, Microstation, and structural analysis software.
