Senior End-User Computing Administrator

to lead the management, optimization, and evolution of a dynamic end-user technology ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration, secure endpoint management, and the successful integration of next-generation productivity tools.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide endpoint administration, managing collaboration platforms, and driving security and compliance initiatives. You will be the subject matter expert in areas such as Windows 11 deployment and optimization, Mac device management, enterprise print services, AI-driven productivity tools, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

Onsite Expectations

Required presence in the office at least three days per week.

During the first six months, initial in-office requirement will be four days per week, followed by evaluation for potential adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Windows 11 migrations and ongoing optimization of enterprise environments.

Manage Jamf Pro for Mac endpoints, ensuring reliability and a seamless user experience.

Oversee monthly patch management for all end-user assets to maintain compliance and security.

Administer enterprise desktop management platforms, including Intune, SCCM, and Landesk.

Provide oversight for Azure Active Directory management, group policy, and identity services.

Optimize and manage collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and Zoom Phone.

Integrate and maintain AI-driven productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to maximize business efficiency.

Support O365 applications including Exchange Online and related collaboration services.

Administer SharePoint sites, permissions, and workflows to enhance collaboration and governance.

Oversee PaperCut Print management to optimize enterprise printing solutions.

Ensure compliance with endpoint security policies and remediate any identified issues.

Provide Tier 3 escalation support for desktop, endpoint, and collaboration tool issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and deliver training for Desktop Support teams.

Required Experience & Certifications

10+ years of IT experience focused on enterprise end-user computing administration.

Proven expertise in Windows 11 migrations and endpoint performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Landesk or equivalent tools for desktop management.

Proficiency with Jamf Pro for Mac device lifecycle management.

Experience managing ChatGPT, Copilot, and AI-driven productivity tools in enterprise environments.

Strong background with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Zoom Phone administration.

Expert-level knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure AD.

Experience with enterprise print management solutions, including PaperCut.

Demonstrated skill in SharePoint administration, permissions, and governance.

Proven track record of implementing and monitoring desktop security initiatives and compliance standards.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 (MD-100/MD-101), Jamf 200, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA are strongly preferred.
