Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
Run multi-channel campaigns across direct mail (EDDM), paid media, social, and email.
Develop marketing materials—brochures, one-pagers, signage, and event displays.
Oversee campaign budgets and timelines to ensure smooth, on-brand execution.
Launch targeted homeowner outreach initiatives at the neighborhood level.
Events & Community Marketing
Lead planning for open houses, community events, showcases, and expos.
Build relationships with city partners, brokers, and local organizations to amplify reach.
Track engagement, capture leads, and ensure follow-up within Salesforce/LeftMain.
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
Support campaign attribution and reporting across Salesforce/LeftMain and GA4.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and contractors on creative and media buys.
Maintain brand consistency across every deliverable and channel.
Align closely with sales to meet homeowner and investor needs.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, and event ROI.
Prepare performance snapshots with recommendations for optimization.
Share insights to inform strategy and next steps.
Ideal Profile
4–7 years of marketing experience (bonus if in real estate, housing, or related industries).
Background in executing campaigns that drive tangible results.
Strong multitasker comfortable managing events and campaigns simultaneously.
Familiar with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce/LeftMain, GA4).
Clear communicator and proactive collaborator.
Eye for branding with a creative problem-solving approach.
Open to occasional evening/weekend work when events call for it.
