Amazon DSP Delivery Driver role at Axios Logistics. Join our family‑owned and operated Amazon delivery service partner based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the Grand Rapids Amazon distribution facility on time for van assignment.
- Participate in shift‑stand‑up meeting to discuss daily logistics.
- Receive route assignment and company‑provided GPS device.
- Deliver up to 250+ packages per route using pre‑determined GPS route and delivery estimates.
- Perform thorough pre‑trip vehicle inspection for any damage.
- Assist another driver as directed when needed.
- Refuel van and debrief with manager after each shift.
- Remove all trash and debris from van before closing shift.
- Return GPS scanner device and keys for debriefing with manager.
- Complete post‑trip inspection noting any required maintenance items.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to walk up multiple flights of stairs.
- Deliver packages up to 50 lbs (most lighter).
- Make more than 150 stops per day.
- Locate addresses via GPS and technology.
- Pass a 4‑panel drug test.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Work a 10‑hour shift (weekdays, weekends & holidays – 7 days a week).
- Rest and meal breaks available.
- Routes will be similar each day but not always the same.
- Training routes issued for 2 weeks to build to full route.

On‑road delivery driver based out of the Grand Rapids Amazon distribution facility in Michigan.
Shift
10‑hour day shift (10 a.m. – 8 p.m.) – 7 days a week.
