East Coast Concrete LLC is a growing concrete company based in Benson, North Carolina, dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality work for residential projects. We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our office and field operations. This position involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling and communication, managing documentation, and ensuring that the office remains efficient and professional.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating projects and meetings
- Maintain accurate records, files, and job documentation
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other office paperwork
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Ensure the office is organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office experience (construction or trades experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Hours
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience
