Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations Job at The Coca-Cola Company in Town of Flo

SR. Manager, Warehouse will manage company owned and 3rd party warehouse operations for Finished Goods. This role will optimize storage, transportation and customer service for finished goods while ensuring safety, service and cost goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Sr. Director to develop and implement effective routines to drive operational excellence, tailoring approaches based on the size and scope of company owned and 3PL facilities.
• Develop a warehousing and distribution strategy for finished goods, right‑size the network and determine the appropriate partners.
• Build 3PL resources to meet or exceed KPI requirements through on‑site coaching and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for warehouse operations at Main Street to ensure all safety, service and cost goals meet or exceed targets.
• Partner with Supply Chain services to ensure that all relationships are covered by supply agreements that meet financial and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and Coca‑Cola quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Working knowledge of the Coca‑Cola system is a plus.
• Project management and change management skill development needed.
• Up to 50% travel.

Pay Range: $114,000 - $139,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15
