Maintenance Mechanic night shift - $35-$42/HR - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join The Coca-Cola Company as a Maintenance Mechanic on the night shift. You will resolve day-to-day technical problems on production lines, perform skilled maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and building systems, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cost objectives. You will safely operate a forklift, use a computer‑based maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work, and maintain production lines and batching/processing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve day‑to‑day technical problems on production lines and ensure equipment compliance with production procedures and process specifications.
- Repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure reliable operation and compliance with process specifications.
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair services of facility or production plant systems such as mechanical, electrical, building, or production line systems.
- Perform building maintenance and troubleshooting to meet or exceed plant and departmental goals while completing tasks safely to achieve Quality, Service, GMP, and Cost Objectives.
- Safely operate a forklift and high‑reach equipment after completing lift training courses.
- Utilize CMMS to track all work and properly troubleshoot and maintain production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate’s or technical degree is preferred.
- Must achieve a passing score at the tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician test.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance with prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of PLC, mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic, and hydraulics.
- Prior welding experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $46,800 – $57,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
