Schedule : Monday – Friday | Saturdays are required during Peak Season | Full-Time

Overview

A leading distribution and supply company in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English / Spanish) with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, particularly within the distribution supplier or supply store industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of materials
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety goals are met
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet operational timelines
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution supplier or supply store environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and solutions‑focused
