Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. • Position: Receptionist
• Location: Live Oak, FL
• Shift: Full Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Issue and collect visitor badges, ensuring security procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate resident and emergency contact listings.
• Support department directors and payroll staff with administrative tasks including filing, typing, and reporting.
• Track and manage contract and document deadlines.
• Operate standard office equipment and manage office supply orders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate inter‑facility communications.
• Provide directions and information to guests and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and calm demeanor, even in emergency situations.
• Cheerful, team‑oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
