Job Overview
As GTM Recruiter at Medius, you will own full‑cycle recruiting for our Go‑To‑Market teams in the U.S. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent who will drive our growth across the U.S. and EMEA. This high‑impact role combines strategic partnership, market insight, and hands‑on recruiting execution.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with GTM and other department leaders to gain a clear understanding of hiring needs and role requirements.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, etc.).
- Drive a best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Finance to ensure alignment on headcount and hiring priorities.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, etc.).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help build scalable recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience focusing on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success).
- Proven success hiring for quota‑carrying sales or high‑growth marketing roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong sourcing and relationship‑building skills—comfortable engaging passive talent.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
Remote role. Please note we are looking for candidates who are within Central/Eastern time.
