Parks Professional Placements has an exciting opportunity for an IT Recruiter, looking to take charge of their career!

Responsibilities

• Business development: develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full‑time placement solutions as well as temporary to full‑time solutions. Call clients and potential clients via telephone as well as meet face‑to‑face with C‑level executives and key decision makers. Participate in local networking events.
• Candidate recruitment: find, screen, and pre‑qualify potential IT candidates utilizing cold calling strategies, job boards, social networking, etc. Conduct interviews of prospective IT candidates via phone or in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements. Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Placement activities: identify qualified talent to present and submit to open client requisitions. Ensure successful submittals utilizing knowledge of recruited candidates and client needs.
• Leads: generate leads and market intelligence to enhance client development efforts. Develop relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• A combination of business development and account management skills are required.
• 2+ years of business‑to‑business development experience working in an IT‑related field is required.
• Must be able to provide proof of business development and recruiting success.
• Must be self‑motivated and have the ability to multi‑task to ensure quality speed‑to‑market.
