About The Role

We are seeking our first Go-To-Market Recruiter who has strong closing skills and can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk. We are aggressively expanding our GTM organization this quarter and for the foreseeable future as we scale. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious & startup-minded recruiters who want to experience non-linear growth by joining a top growth company very early on and building the recruiting foundations for our revenue org. In This Role, You Will

  • Work directly with GTM leadership to calibrate on finding exceptional sales, marketing, and customer success talent
  • Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close
  • Own recruiting for critical GTM roles including Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, and RevOps positions
  • Develop relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure success in your role; including cross-functional partners
  • Leverage your recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs, which you'll interpret and present to hiring managers
  • Work closely with hiring teams defining job descriptions, compensation structures, and interview processes for GTM roles
  • Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring partners to build a transparent interview experience
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns around compensation, quota attainment, and career growth
  • Help ensure we build inclusive and diverse teams as we grow
  • Influence and educate hiring teams on interviewing best practices, particularly for assessing sales and GTM talent
  • Take full ownership of sourcing passive leads for your pipelines as needed, leveraging your network in the B2B SaaS and developer tools space
  • Build talent pipelines for future GTM needs and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates
  • Partner with GTM leadership on offer strategy, compensation benchmarking, and closing tactics

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Proven track record of closing difficult candidates and consistently hitting hiring goals
  • Deep understanding of sales roles, quota structures, OTE, and what makes high-performing revenue professionals successful
  • Experience recruiting in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or fast-growth startup environments
  • Strong ability to assess sales talent and understand what separates good from great GTM hires
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with strong pipeline management and metrics analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams
  • Scrappy, resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and sourcing strategies

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting for early-stage or Series A/B companies
  • Background in sales or GTM roles yourself
  • Familiarity with the developer tools or API infrastructure space
  • Experience building recruiting processes from scratch
