Title: HR Supervisor
Salary: $70K–$85K/year

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage daily HR operations for their Torrance office. This role partners with management on policies, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
• Advise management and support personnel-related decisions.
• Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
• Administer payroll (ADP) and benefits, including vendor coordination and policy reviews.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Conduct orientations, employee counseling, and exit interviews.
• Support performance management, job descriptions, and compensation programs.
• Supervise HR staff and manage departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, multi-state (including CA) employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in payroll/benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
