Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and administering benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment.
  • Conduct interviews, compliance screening, and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain job postings and applicant tracking systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws such as OSHA, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with audits and reporting requirements.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
  • Liaise with benefit providers and manage annual open enrollment.

Skills And Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment

This position is onsite. The company operates two shifts and offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for career progression, process implementation, and influence in payroll processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position. Location: Oshkosh, WI.

Pay And Benefits

Pay range: $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
