What You’ll Be Doing: Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our incredible Care Pros Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it) Keep training materials fresh and effective Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros Jump into the on-call rotation (yep, extra pay for that!)
