What You’ll Do

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team by managing high‑level administrative operations and acting as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and proactivity, with responsibilities ranging from calendar management and project coordination to travel planning and board support. The Executive Assistant ensures executive priorities stay on track, confidential matters are handled with care, and day‑to‑day operations flow seamlessly.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and clients
  • Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, leadership events, and offsite sessions—from scheduling to execution
  • Draft and prepare executive communications, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑through on action items and project deadlines
  • Coordinate with international offices to manage global documentation and signature requirements
  • Assist with compiling and submitting executive expense reports
  • Oversee office supply inventory and support general office management tasks
  • Support social media efforts to enhance executive and company visibility
  • Lead or support special projects involving the Board of Directors, Lenders, and Senior Leaders
  • Perform additional duties and strategic projects assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
