Join Guardian Angel Senior Services to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.

• Dependable: Arrives on time, maintains an unblemished attendance record, and fills vacant shifts when needed.
• Thorough: Follows designated care plans, updates plans to reflect changes in client care, and informs management of updates.
• Observant: Recognizes changes in a client’s unique personal and medical history, including behavioral, physical, social, or psychological changes.
• Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and discreetly in verbal exchanges with the client and family members, and records all activities factually in visit notes.
• Follow-Through: Reports issues, updates, changes, and concerns to the office in a timely fashion.

Candidates will have a flexible self-determined schedule based on the client’s availability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to and from client homes.
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful and compassionate.
• Good time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house.
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client.
• Assist with shopping errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies.
