Property Accounting Manager – Phoenix, Arizona

As the Property Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals with responsibility over a designated portfolio of properties. In this role, you will have oversight of traditional GL and M/E close, involved in Financial Statement Analysis, Budget vs Actual Variance Analysis, Bank and Account Reconciliations, Accounting Operations (A/P, A/R) and more.

With a Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days in-office and 3 WFH) this role offers great flexibility and a beautiful office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Here is what you need to bring to the table:

• BS in Accounting
• 3+ years of Real Estate Property Accounting experience
• 2+ years of Supervisory/Management experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in-office in Phoenix, AZ
