Base Pay

$70,000 / yr – $100,000 / yr

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vendor registration requests, ensuring all vendor payments are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with monthly close activities of accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial results in compliance with IFRS or GAAP.
• Work closely with tax, treasury, and other departments to ensure alignment on financial reporting and compliance with IFRS or GAAP.
• Support External Audits by providing documentation, preparing audit schedules, and implementing recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve audit readiness.
• Oversee and manage various accounting teams: accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AR) or fixed assets (FA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Treasury, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Cost management.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience and knowledge in Automotive industry accounting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel).
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP or similar).
