Come and join our team at this 605‑room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70‑acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes an all‑day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Guests can also enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness centre, and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, including a 20,000 sq ft ballroom, a 10,000 sq ft ballroom, and a 4,200 sq ft outdoor pre‑function space overlooking the park.

Job Description

An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70‑acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 78,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, tap house, modern diner, lobby bar, coffee shop and a retail outlet.

The Omni Oklahoma Hotel is seeking a friendly and meticulous Lobby Attendant to join the team of this upscale hotel. This team member will service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
  • Service all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
  • Service the executive offices.
  • Service both men’s and ladies’ associate locker rooms.
  • Service lobby and lower lobby pre‑function space.
  • Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
  • Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
  • Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
  • Ensure all ash urns throughout the property is neat and clean at all times.
  • Ensure water fountains and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times.
  • Service guest and associate elevators.
  • Ensure that the hotel, guests and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
  • Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Able to maintain a high level of luxury service, with a focus on guest service.
  • Able to work with Management on special projects.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Repetitive motion required.
  • Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
