Overview

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead to manage and enforce cybersecurity posture, compliance, and continuous monitoring for a cloud-based enterprise environment supporting Department of Defense missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the program's cybersecurity framework across multiple IL environments
• Perform RMF lifecycle management and develop continuous RMF evidence generation through automated compliance tools
• Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and ensure alignment with DoD cybersecurity mandates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DoD cybersecurity, compliance, or RMF program management
• Hands-on experience managing A&A activities within eMASS and implementing RMF controls in IL4 / IL5 cloud environments
• Strong understanding of DoDI 8510.01 (RMF), DISA STIG / SRGs, and DoD Cloud Computing SRG
• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred)
