Our client is a top New York City law firm. They are seeking an Office Services Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a highly respected firm and grow your career!

Who You Are

  • You hold a college degree or are in-process of obtaining your degree
  • You have some experience in office services and a desire to learn and grow
  • Tech‑savvy with basic proficiency in office equipment and document management systems

What You’ll Do

  • Support day‑to‑day office operations including mailroom, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries for court filings (including performing court runs)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and set‑up for client meetings
  • Support attorneys and staff with printing, scanning, copying, and bulk document preparation
  • Ensure compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies
  • Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance and repairs

What Success Looks Like

  • Attorneys and staff consistently receive reliable high‑quality support
  • Mail, deliveries, and document handling are accurate, timely, and secure
  • Inventory and vendor relationships are managed efficiently

Pay Rate Range

$24‑25 per hour, based on experience

Role Details

Fully on site in NYC – Four days per week (M‑Th)
