Campus Recruiting Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract)

We’re seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support our People team during a busy recruiting season. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in campus recruitment who enjoys fast-paced coordination work and engaging with early-career talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the review and screening of campus recruiting candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of offer letters.
  • Manage communication through Handshake and other campus recruiting platforms.
  • Help organize and track candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Contribute to year-end projects as needed.
  • Join occasional in-person meetings with the People and Campus Recruiting teams (1–2 days in the city).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in campus recruiting or university relations.
  • Familiarity with Handshake and general campus recruiting processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication style.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible to work part-time over the next month and travel for occasional in-person meetings.

Location

Remote with 1–2 in-person days in the city required for team meetings.
