Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead training in Lean Manufacturing concepts, tools, and principles for the entire Warehouse organization.
  • Support development of policies, procedures, and Standardized Work for shipping, receiving, material handling, and logistics processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities through hands‑on approach using tools and concepts related to Pull System, Kanban, Standardized Work, 5S, Visual Management, Problem Solving, and kitting.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining programs such as a training program, safety program, workgroup boards, continuous improvement projects, etc., and utilizing tools such as A3, 8‑Step, R.A.I.L’s.
  • Develop and implement change management process to ensure smooth changes in all aspects of Warehouse Operations.
  • Work with key suppliers to implement ‘direct line feed’ delivery practices.
  • Support efforts to standardize and improve supplier packaging that supports high‑volume production with strategies to minimize cost and ensure quality of parts.
  • Create and deploy a FIFO material flow strategy that will minimize transactions while increasing inventory record accuracy to the highest possible levels.
  • Achieve and sustain an Inventory Record Accuracy of > 98% at all times by deploying superior cycle count practices.
  • Identify opportunities to implement and leverage ERP systems.
  • Establish key performance indicators and ERP health measures related to Inventory Management and Shipping/Receiving.
  • Manage a diverse team of direct reports to support successful goal attainment.
  • Responsible for the optimization of the entire value‑stream from the supply chain through the delivery of Bloom Energy servers to customers.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing 5S and housekeeping programs.
  • Flexibility to work on any shift or in any area of the plant based on company needs.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, walk, and stand for extended periods at a time consecutively.

Salary Ranges: $118,900.00 – $171,100.00
