Job Description Local Area Scouts needed. Area Scouts working between 2 to 5 hours per week. Want to work in the exciting world of high school and college sports and help make High School athlete's dreams come true? If your answer is yes, then this is YOUR DREAM JOB! Scout local high school athletes. Change student-athlete's lives. Work with other sports driven people in our company. Area Scouts will: You will attend 1 to 5 local High Schools or Club teams practices/games per week that we schedule for you. We have High School and Club coaches who consistently reach out in need for us to help their athletes through the recruiting process. We need you, as our local Area Scout, to go scout the team and give a 5-10 minute talk about the recruiting process to the team. We provide guidelines and training to prepare you to scout and speak to the team. Area Scouts who thrive typically possess the following characteristics: Former or current high school/collegiate/professional coach or collegiate/professional athlete Exceptional communication skills to speak in front of teams of different sizes Ability to attend practices and games evenings and weekends to Transportation to attend local High Schools and Club teams in your territory (mandatory) Outgoing personality Have an good understanding for all men's and women's collegiate sports.
