Overview IT Support Specialist role at Sulzer . Responsibilities Provide 2nd-level support for desktops, laptops, engineering workstations, printers, and mobile devices. Build and configure PCs and laptops per standard configurations. Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016+), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, WAPs, and firewalls. Assist with IT project planning, budgeting, and implementation. Coordinate with vendors and consultants for hardware/software procurement and support. Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve help desk tickets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration. Experience in a multi-site, enterprise IT environment preferred.
