Position Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, enables the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
- Ensures that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
- Staffs, schedules, trains, evaluates, and develops warehouse team members.
- Oversees warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
- Allocates necessary space for stock rotation, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and implements product loss controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree with 3-4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience, OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
