Responsibilities Continuously explore the market for prospective candidates that align with our clients' needs. Find opportunities to grow service relationships with existing clients. Forge strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions. Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance. Source resumes to establish candidate pools. Recruit and interview qualified candidates. Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow-up. Negotiate and present employment offers. Cultivate a personal portfolio of clients and candidates, focusing on both maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones. Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Discovery skills to find the client needs behind the qualification bullet points. Interview savvy to uncover the talent and potential buried in resume text. Relentless approach to daily work and the grit to see it through. Proven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates. Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing and relationship management. Driven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform at a high level of productivity. Highly adaptable to change. Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Willingness to attend networking events.
