Overview The Security Manager oversees the safety and security of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction. The role includes overnight shift work (3-4 shifts per week) and day/evening shifts as needed. Responsibilities include patrols, emergency response, incident reporting, supervising the security team, and leading the property during overnights. The manager also leads the Safety Committee, ensures OSHA compliance, and promotes safe work practices. Responsibilities Conduct regular property patrols. Respond to guest and employee emergencies. Complete incident reports. Supervise the security team. Lead the property during overnight shifts and assist front desk, night audit, valet, housekeeping, and room service as needed. Lead the Safety Committee and ensure OSHA compliance. Qualifications Good written and oral communication skills. 1-3 years of security leadership experience. 1-3 years of hotel front-of-house experience. Schedule flexibility, including overnight shifts.
